Marcelo Machado

Marcelo Machado is a Research Software Engineer at IBM Research and is pursuing a doctorate's degree in Informatics at Federal University of State of Rio de Janeiro. He holds a Master's degree in Computer Science (2018), a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (2015) and a Bachelor's degree in Exact Sciences (2014) from the Federal University of Juiz de Fora (UFJF). He has experience in Computer Science, with emphasis on Adaptive e-Learning Systems and Multimedia Systems, working mainly on the following topics: semantic web, evolutionary computing, adaptive curriculum sequencing, natural language processing, and knowledge representation and reasoning.
