Yves is currently a PreDoctoral Researcher in AI for Scientific Discovery at IBM Research in Zürich, where his primary focus is on the application of AI and ML in life sciences. He has been involved in the development of tools such as Enzeptional for biological process modeling, RXNAAMapper for protein active site prediction, and the GT4SD library for accelerating scientific discovery. Yves holds a Master's degree in Data Science from the University of Rome La Sapienza. He is now pursuing his PhD, with a focus on Language Modelling for Protein Design, in collaboration with Eindhoven University of Technology in the Biomedical Department.
