Abstract
GENERALIZED INJECTION MODELING was introduced as a method for obtaining estimates of charge storage and current flow in MTL structures. This paper will assess the degree to which the injection model predicts these quantities in the MTL base region and discuss the errors which are introduced by the two-dimensional nature of the MTL device.
