Effects of interfaces on magnetic properties of co-based multilayers!
Abstract
The determination of the anisotropy constants and of the electronic structure of single, epitaxially grown interfaces as ‘building blocks’ of magnetic multilayers has been carried out by means of in situ Brillouin light scattering from spin waves and of spin-resolved photoemission, respectively. Multilayer structures have also been studied using ex situ Brillouin light scattering with emphasis on the influence of spatial inhomogeneities on the magnetic anisotropies of the multilayered structures. © 1994 Taylor & Francis Group, LLC.
