A low-power static frequency divider circuit in bipolar technology
Abstract
A low-power silicon bipolar frequency divider circuit using AC-couplcd active pull-down ECL-likc circuitry is described. Operation up to 2.5 GHz at a low-power dissipation of 1.7 mW per flip-flop has been realized with a 30 G Hz/T bipolar technology.
