Bio
Yikang Shen obtained a Ph.D. in Mila lab at the University of Montreal and received the ICLR 2019 best paper award. His research lies in natural language processing and machine learning, focusing on the fundamental mechanisms that allow deep learning methods to understand the latent structure of human language and model its compositional phenomenons. He has over 20 publications in top-tier conferences and journals, including ACL, EMNLP, NAACL, NeurIPS, ICLR, and AAAI.
