Temperature dependence of the magneto-optical properties of a CdTe/Cd_1-xMn_xTe multiquantum well structure

The temperature dependence of a magnetic-field induced type-I → type-II transition in a CdTe/Cd0.93Mn0.07Te multiquantum well is reported up to 15 K. The critical magnetic field at which the transition takes place is found to increase with increasing temperature. A reliable estimate of the relative valence hand offset ranging between 15% and 25% is obtained. © 1992.
