Magnetic lithography using flexible magnetic masks: Appications to servowriting

Abstract

The magnetic lithography using flexible magnetic masks was studied. The magnetic media was uniformly magnetized in one direction. The media was brought into contact with the magnetic mask after initial magnetization. The results were studied using magnetic force microscopy (MFM).
