Intrinsic d-wave effects in YBa2Cu3O7-δ grain boundary Josephson junctions
Abstract
The angular dependence of the Josephson critical current density (Jc) in c-axis tilt biepitaxial grain boundary YBa2Cu3O7-δ junctions was measured. The intrinsic d-wave pairing symmetry effects manifested as an oscillatory dependence of Jc on angle were observed. It was found that the intrinsic effect was evident even though spontaneous currents were observed in grain boundaries.
