Odellia Boni is a researcher at IBM Research - Isrl. She focuses on applying mathematical techniques to real-life problems such as natural language processing, cloud resources allocation, workforce management, chip floorplanning, oil transport scheduling, system engineering etc.

Prior to joining IBM, Odellia served as a lecturer at the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology and at Haifa University. She received her Ph.D. in Operation research from the Technion, and also had degrees in Physics and Materials Engineering.

Odellia's ongoing research interests are in the fields of Artificial Intelligence (especially Natural Language Processing and Generation) and Optimization (especially Optimization under Uncertainty).
