Trilateral cooperation in science and technology
Abstract
The Development Cycle framework facilitates examination of Science and Technology (S&T) policy and strategy issues, national, bilateral or trilateral. It disaggregates S&T activities in mainly three interlinked segments, such as science/science infrastructure, technological innovation, and manufacturing/production, where each segment relate to a particular purpose. The cooperation agenda of S&T activities are being dominated by economical and political contexts. China, Russia, and India contribute to the open knowledge pool through publishing research papers in national and international journals. All these countries have all excellent track record of end-to-end missions in areas such as space and atomic energy. In addition, these three countries together present a unique combination of administrative managerial, engineering and research expertise and opportunity in this area.
