APL2 - A very superior FORTRAN

Abstract

Properly written programs in APL2 exceed the corresponding APL programs in brevity and clarity by as large a margin as APL programs exceed those written in FORTRAN. This paper takes a topic from the area of finance and uses it to illustrate this contention.
