Abstract
The vast majority of manufacturing companies is preparing how to deal with invoicing and payment transactions in euros. The focus is solely on the issue affecting their finance processes or information systems and the pricing structures across the eurozone. The first step is to recognize the significance of the new eurozone and the need to have a coherent business strategy that seizes the opportunities and addresses the threats that are posed. The strategy needs to embrace the key business processes of customer relationship management, supply chain design and development and life cycle service.
