Miriam Rateike

HI! I am a last-year PhD student at Saarland University, Germany, currently interning at IBM Research Africa in Nairobi, Kenya. I am interested in fairness in machine learning, especially feedback loops from ML models to society. I am also particularly interested in the intersection of fairness and causality. At the Kenya lab I am currently diving into generative AI.
