Abstract

We present a high density optical interconnect based on precisely fabricated mirror attached waveguide on a printed circuit board. The structure, fabrication, and performance of 12-channel transmitter and receiver operating at 8 - 10 Gbps are presented. ©2008 Optical Society of America.
