Saswati Dana works in AI Reasoning group at IBM Research Lab, Bangalore, India, currently focusing on developing infrastructure for code translation so that legacy code can be translated into state-of-the-art program languages.

She received her PhD degree in Applied Mathemematics from the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore.
