Paulo Marques Caldeira Junior

B.S, graduated in Information Systems from PUC-Campinas in 2015, with 12 years of IBM and applied experience in the Artificial Intelligence area, working as a Software Engineer and Technical Leader in disruptive projects with Watson solutions, accompanying and acting in the adoption of artificial intelligence in large clients such as Bradesco and Banco do Brasil, currently contributing as a Watsonx platform engineer in the IBM Research team. His main research interests are software engineering for AI, improving the development of AI-based systems throughout the full life cycle, and guardrail solutions to safeguard LLM-powered applications in environments where user trust is paramount, helping AI deliver accurate, efficient, and innovative responses while also remaining secure, ethical, and compliant.
