Harshit Kumar is a Senior Technical Staff Member at IBM India Research Laborary. His research interests are in AIOps, conversation AI, and Information Retrieval. Currently, his work at IBM has been focussed on building AI solution for IT Operations and Services. He has received numerous IBM Outstanding Technical Achievement Awards, Research Awards, and patent awards. Harshit has received his PhD in Computer Science and Engineering from Seoul National University.
