Dmitry Zubarev is a Senior Research Scientist at IBM Research in the Mathematics of Computation department. His background is computational and theoretical chemistry, with contributions spanning stochastic projections methods for fermionic systems, formal methods in chemical evolution, and generative computation frameworks in quantum chemistry. His current research focuses on a) equilibria in multi-agent games and their connection to development of communication and reasoning protocols, b) extraction of formal systems from scientific prose, and c) generative approaches to scientific computations. He received Ph.D. in physical chemistry from Utah State University (2004-2008), followed by postdoctoral appointments at UC Berkeley (2008-2012) and Harvard University (2012-2016).
We're developing technological solutions to assist subject matter experts with their scientific workflows by enabling the Human-AI co-creation process.
Leveraging our expertise in materials science, AI, quantum and high performance computing, we're developing a more powerful, sustainable, and energy-efficient battery.
