As lead designer and manager of the Advanced Prototyping Team at IBM Research, Cambridge, my current practice focuses on creating user-centric applications of emerging technologies through close collaboration with AI researchers and engineers. I help driving best practices to immerse in the client’s context, gather needs and concrete problems extracted through UX Research and real data. With +10 years of experience working with scientific research besides a solid background applying design for innovation, I implement strategic design methodologies to build bridges between science and real-world applications, from early-stage user research to product definition.
