May 16 2017, CCoE Researcher participates in IoT Industry & Academia Summit
The Academia Industry Software Quality & Testing (AISTQ) conference is an annual event that brings together researchers and leaders from the industry who are interested in contemporary Software (ST) testing and Software quality topics.
The selected conference theme of AISTQ2017 has been ‘Injecting Quality into IoT & Cyber Security’. IoT is one of the hottest topics in the software world today, which enables the interconnectivity of the hardware and software and make physical devices smart. The challenges of the designing and developing these systems with security in mind is critical to societal safety and well being in the IoT era. In line with this conference theme, CCoE researchers have presented several IoT projects, including libsecurity project - a security package that offers IoT app authors a complete, lightweight, and correct implementation of various security-related modules.
