Turbulence, power laws and Galilean invariance
Abstract
We review current attemps at understanding the scaling behavior of fully developed turbulence through studying simple, scalar, translationally invariant, deterministic coupled-map interface models. The universality classes of such model systems are discussed. © 1992.
