Towards Automated AI-Assisted Workflow for Cytometry of Reaction Rate Constant
Abstract
Cytometry is a general approach for studying cell-population heterogeneity when identifying and classifying tumors. We present our ongoing work on creating an automated AI-assisted workflow for Cytometry of Reaction Rate Constant (CRRC), which follows reaction kinetics at the single-cell level and presents the results as a kinetic histogram “number of cells versus the rate constant”. Such workflow may assist in the development of robust cancer biomarkers.
