TESTABILITY DESIGN FOR MICRO/370, A SYSTEM/370 SINGLE-CHIP MICROPROCESSOR.
Abstract
The testability design for Micro/370, a 32-bit single-chip microprocessor that directly implements and emulates the entire System/370 instruction set, is demonstrated. The successful integration of design concepts, test strategy, physical implementation and design tools is shown. Practical testability design problems and the associated solutions are discussed.
