Soft optic phonon mode in ferroelectric Pb5Ge3O11
Abstract
A temperature dependent "soft" optic phonon is found in the ferroelectric Pb5Ge3O11. Other details of the optic phonons that transform as the totally symmetric irreducible representation also are reported. © 1972.
