PHOTOCONDUCTIVE GENERATION OF SUB-PICOSECOND ELECTRICAL PULSES AND THEIR MEASUREMENT APPLICATIONS.
Abstract
Experimental and theoretical results exploring the fundamental limits to the generation of ultrashort electrical pulses via photoconductive switching are discussed. Measurement applications demonstrating terahertz spectroscopy and subpicosecond electronics with the subpicosecond electrical pulses are presented.
