Optical simulation of quantum dot thin film solar cells
Abstract
We use a RCWA approach to analyze light-trapping enhancement in grating structures. The maximum achievable current in a solar cell may be estimated by optical simulation of the absorption profile and the thickness optimization of active layer is useful in fabrication of solar cell.
