Measurements on Surface Acoustic Waves in Photoconducting Cadmium Sulfide
Abstract
Measurements of the conductivity dependence of the velocity and attenuation of surface acoustic waves in photoconducting cadmium sulfide are described. The use of the surface acoustic waves as a diagnostic for photoconductivity studies is demonstrated. Copyright © 1970 by The Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, Inc.
