Magnetic study of superconductivity in YBa2Cu3O7-x thin films
Abstract
Magnetic and transport measurements on 0.3 micron thick films of YBa2Cu3O7-x made by a laser ablation technique show critical current densities of up to 40×106 amps/cm2. At 77K the transport data gives Jc≈5×106 amps/cm2 while magnetic data is 40% lower. Comparison is made with evaporated films. © 1989.
