Comment on the valence-band widths of alkali halides
Abstract
The recent suggestion of the author that the valence-band widths of alkali halides obey a simple d-2 law, where d is the interatomic spacing, is shown to be satisfied by recent experimental data by Poole, Jenkin, Liesegang, and Leckey. © 1976 The American Physical Society.
