Anisotropic magnetoresistance of amorphous and concentrated polycrystalline iron alloys
Abstract
The Campbell-Fert-Jaoul theory for anisotropic magnetoresistance is extended and a new formula derived for amorphous metalloid-containing alloys, as well as for weak ferromagnets. It accounts semiquantitatively for experimental data on amorphous Fe-B, Fe-Ni-B, and Fe-Ni-P-B, and also on concentrated polycrystalline Fe-Ni. © 1985 The American Physical Society.
