Ferroelectrics
Thin films of pure Co are found to have anisotropic magnetoresistance values as high as 2.5 and 4.6%, respectively, at 295 and 4.2 K. The temperature dependence of the magnetoresistance is interpreted in terms of the crossover from defect to phonon scattering using Parker plots. © 1990.
