Sandeep Hans

I am a Research Scientist in Data & AI department of IBM Research at New Delhi. 

My research interest includes Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Blockchain Analytics, Theoretical Distributed Computing, Shared Memory model and Transactional Memory.

 My current focus is on building dependable AI systems using bias and adversarial AI testing, and data quality. My past projects in IBM are related to Blockchain Analytics.

I received my Ph.D. degree in Computer Science from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology under the guidance of Prof. Hagit Attiya.  I received my MS by Research in Computer Science from IIIT-Hyderabad under the guidance of Prof. Kannan Srinathan and B.Tech. from DA-IICT, Gandhinagar. Prior to joining IBM Research, I was a post-doc at Virginia Tech in USA and have also worked with Mindtree Consulting Ltd. in Research and Devlopment department at Bangalore.
