You are cordially invited to a full-day Cognitive Computing
colloquium on Computer Vision, to be held on Sunday,
November 8th, 2015. This traditional event is dedicated to
cognitive computing
systems that are designed to learn and interact naturally
with people to extend what either humans or machines could
do on their own. This year's colloquium will focus on
computer vision and is organized by the
Multimedia Analytics department
at IBM Research - Haifa. It will cover a broad spectrum of
cutting edge technologies, algorithms and applications, and
will combine academic and industrial sessions, with
contributions from leading scientists and practitioners in
the field.
The event will take place in the auditorium of the IBM Research - Haifa site on the Haifa University campus from 09:30 to 18:00. Lunch and light refreshments will be served.
Participation is free, but registration is required.
The event will be collocated with the IBM Machine Learning Seminar to be held on November 9th, 2015.
