Scanning soft x-ray microscopy with a fresnel zoneplate at the national synchrotron light source
Abstract
We have built a scanning transmission soft X-ray microscope located at the National Synchrotron Light Source (NSLS). Images of biological specimens have been formed with submicron resolution. A Fresnel zoneplate serves as the focusing element. © 1984 SPIE.
