SaNDVis: Visual social network analytics for the enterprise

Abstract

In this paper, we demonstrate SaNDVis, a novel visual analytics tool that supports people-centric tasks like expertise location, team building, and team coordination in the enterprise. SaNDVis has been deployed in a global multinational company for over 12 months with over 1,800 users. The interface integrates social position, evidence, and facets which allows users to reflect on existing relationships as well as build new relationships in an enterprise setting. © 2012 Authors.
