REAL-TIME JUGGLING ROBOT.
Abstract
The authors are designing and constructing a robot that is intended to juggle. The robot is a testbed for work in real-time sensor-based control that can be used to experiment with ideas in real-time languages and operating systems. Some of the engineering decisions that have been made in the design of this machine are briefly described. The programming language and operating system are also described.
