Quantum Optical Networks Using a Single Mie Resonance of On-Chip Dielectric Light Manipulating Elements and their Scalable Integration with Quantum Dot Single Photon Sources
Abstract
We present an approach to scalable on-chip quantum optical networks comprising array of mesa-Top-single-quantum-dots(MTSQDs) as single photon sources integrated with dielectric building block based light manipulating units that enhance MTSQD emission rate, direct, propagate, phase-shift, split and recombine the emitted photons for quantum information processing.
