PRODUCING APPLICATIONS AND SERVICES BY THE INFORMATION CENTRE.

The Information Centre VM service was created and now supports a population of about 1200 with about 160 concurrent users. An upgrade from a 3083 to a 3081 should be happening now with a further upgrade towards the end of this year. In this paper the author talks about service and application development and describes some of the philosophies he has about user management and support.
