IBM PERSONAL COMPUTER AS AN INFORMATION CENTRE TOOL.

This paper explains how the IBM PC fits in as a standard offering of the Information Centre (IC) at IBM Europe Headquarters (EHO). 2000 people work at this headquarters, and for a large proportion of them computer usage has become a normal part of their professional lives. It is not surprising, therefore, that the PC has been equally accepted by several hundreds of users as a tool to help them with their daily tasks.
