Nonlinear optical studies of desorption and diffusion on silicon surfaces
Abstract
Second-harmonic generation (SHG) offers some unique capabilities to study dynamics of adsorbste interactions with Semiconductor surfaces. We have investigated two fundamental processes, recombinative desorption and surface diffusion, for the model system hydrogen on silicon. © 1992 Optical Society of America
