Mie resonance based quantum optical circuits integrated with on-chip single photon source array for quantum information processing
Abstract
We present theoretical study on a new class of quantum optical circuits based on Mie resonance of dielectric metastructures, providing all needed light manipulating functions with a single mode eliminating mode-matching problem and thereby enabling entanglement between distinct single photon sources for quantum information processing.
