Magnetic studies of tetrathiofulvalinium tetracyanoquinodimethanide (TTF-TCNQ)
Abstract
EPR and magnetic-susceptibility studies of TTF-TCNQ indicate that in the temperature region T60°K this compound consists of a metallic (TTF)+ chain and a (TCNQ)- chain with localized spins. The metal-insulator transition at ∼ 60°K is accompanied by a strong interchain interaction. © 1974 The American Physical Society.
