Electron impact excitation of fine-structure levels of atomic oxygen

Electron impact collision strengths for transitions among the 3PJ ground-state fine-structure levels of atomic oxygen have been computed by transforming LS-coupling K matrices from recent matrix variational calculations. Formulae for collision strengths are given for electron temperatures up to 20000K.
