Design and fabrication of bio-magnetic sensors and magnetic nanobead labels for dna detection and identification
Abstract
The fabrication and design of biomagnetic sensors and magnetic nanobead labels were studied for DNA detection and identification. The basic methodology of biomagnetic sensing system and the challenges in developing a magnetic DNA microarray were reported. The durability of the spin valve sensors in the DNA hybridization solutions was also studied.
