Continuous wave (CW) Doppler free two-photon frequency modulated (FM) spectroscopy

Abstract

Doppler-free two-photon absorption and two-photon dispersion spectra of Rb87 have been taken by FM spectroscopy. Sensitivity achieved is comparable to fluorescence detection. The technique can be readily applied where fluorescence is difficult to detect.
