Conduction-polaron paramagnetic resonance in HfS2
Abstract
Electron paramagnetic resonance in the layered compound HfS2 doped with Ti is observed and attributed to weakly localized electrons associated with the three conduction-band valleys of HfS2. © 1974 The American Physical Society.
