Characterisation Of An Optoelectronically Pulsed Broadband Microwave Antenna
Abstract
Exponentially tapered coplanar stripline antennas are characterised for the generation of broadband transient radiation with excitations from picosecond photoconductors. The measured radiation spectrum extends up to 150 GHz. The dependence of the antenna bandwidth on its geometry is investigated. © 1988, The Institution of Electrical Engineers. All rights reserved.
