CENTRALIZED COMPUTER OPERATIONS PROJECT UPDATE.

Abstract

Introduction of automated, unattended DP Center operations has been one of the primary thrusts of the IBM T. J. Watson Computing Center. The Centralized Computer Operations project (CCOP) has introduced the concept of a System Command Center (SCC) as an implementation mechanism to achieve these goals. CCOP has been presented at previous SEAS meetings. This paper will provide an update on CCOP and its future thrust.
