Blue Light Generation by Frequency Doubling in Periodically Poled Lithium Niobate Channel Waveguide
Abstract
Blue light at 410 nm was generated by continuous-wave frequency-doubling in a periodically poled lithium niobate channel waveguide at room temperature. Quasiphasematching allowed generation of the blue light using the d33nonlinear coefficient. © 1989, The Institution of Electrical Engineers. All rights reserved.
